Terms of Service

BillSplitor helps you scan a restaurant receipt and split it among a group. It is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. Receipt scanning is automated and may contain errors — always check the items and totals before sharing or paying.

Only upload receipts you are entitled to share. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to upload others' personal data without their consent, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the app. Bills and receipt photos are deleted automatically 30 days after creation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including inaccurate scans, missed payments or disputes between people splitting a bill.
